We had been commissioned to design a hotel and an adjoining mall on the side. A hotel with 35 rooms and a mall with a cinema and storefronts.

Due to the nature annd small size of the site, it became evident that our first priority was to create sufficient parking spaces which we did by raising parts of the ground and first floors,
The adjoining site was separated by an intersecting road which we tackled by introducing an overhead steel pedestrian bridge.
The façade is a contemporary design, the diagonal members and laser cut façade represent the modern architectural style.
